Brussels is home to many amazing restaurants, but there are certain rules when it comes to halal food. We go through your options on this page.

Belgium is home to a large muslim community. In addition to many restaurants that are halal, there are many restaurants that serve halal food. Second, Belgium has a rich food culture.
There are many Belgian restaurants that serve traditional muslim food. Lastly, most of the Belgian muslims that live in Brussels live in the northern part of the city. This means that the restaurants that serve halal food in Belgium are concentrated in Brussels.
Baraka't Kacem
Baraka't Kacem is a cute, small restraunt located in a calm yet hidden neighbourhood so parking may be slightly difficult. On the other hand, their food is exquisite. The lemon chicken just falls off the bone and they have a great variety of other halal dishes.
This restaurant has a calming ambience as well as very lovely staff that are extremely helpful and generous. It seems to hit off quite well with local people too as it was busy even at 9pm. It was a lovely community to be within. I recommend visiting Baraka't Kacem when you visit Brussels.
Chez Béri
The meals here are jaw dropping. The food was an absolute flavour-bomb in my mouth and a reward to my tastebuds. I must warn you though, the portions of dishes are very large, you'll have to walk it off before doing anything else.
Thankfully all the meals here are halal, including the ribs! Also a thank you to the wonderful, helpful staff and their super speedy service. I barely had to wait for my delicious meal to arrive.
La Kasbah
La Kasbah has got to be one of the most beautiful Moroccan restraunts I have ever seen. The interior of this restaurant is stunning, it truly has an authentic Moroccan feeling to it.
Not only is the ambience outstanding but so is the food. The meals here are out of this world. It was so delicious. I would definitely visit La Kasbah again and I hope you visit this restaurant too.
Gatsu Gatsu
I can't even begin to describe how much I recommend you visit Gatsu Gatsu. If you are like me and want to take a small break from the same South Asian/Middle Eastern halal route then look no further. Gatsu Gatsu is a wok restaurant that is more East Asian and is completely halal.
The meals here are super delicious and the surroundings it comes with too, absolutely outstanding. The service here is great, this restaurant has very friendly staff. Only disadvantage is that it is not wheel-chair friendly and has a lot of steps within the restaurant. It is still an amazing place to enjoy halal meals.
Shezan
Shezan is an amazing restaurant that has been serving Indian/Pakistani food to Brussels for 35 years. When I came here, the food was phenomenal, you could tell it was made fresh and full of love. There was so much flavour in every bite. I would definitely visit Shezan again.
Not only are the dishes amazing but the restaurant itself is very nice. It has a true authentic South Asian feel to it. Also, the customer service was brilliant. They had super welcoming staff that made it their priority to serve you with great tasting meals.
